01 — Before your first class

What to know.

What to bring

A yoga mat if you have one (mats can be provided). Loose, comfortable clothing. A small bottle of water.

How to arrive

Empty stomach — please allow at least 90 minutes since your last meal. Arrive 10 minutes before the start of class. Bare feet on the mat.

For first-timers

A short intake conversation with Gino before your first class so he can adjust the session to your level. No previous yoga experience is required.
